Walk test all detectors including door contact, PIRs, shock sensor, smoke and panic button, up to 8 in total.
Check control unit and reset any issues.
Walk test outdoor and indoor sounders.
Test all available remote fobs.
Check and replace batteries as required – batteries will be charged as extra.
The service plan includes one visit every 12 months to carry out routine preventative servicing in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
Up to 2 hours on site labour – additional charge will apply after the 1st hour at £65 per hour or part thereof.
One call out per year (one hour site labour)

*Standard service excludes firmware upgrade, mobile app connection or cloud services.

CCTV SYSTEM CARE
Visual inspection of all major system components, check for damage or deterioration, up to 8 cameras in total.
Inspect all camera pictures for optimal image quality.
Clean all camera lenses and housing glasses.
Check time and date settings in equipment and update the settings as appropriate.
The service plan includes one visit every 12 months to carry out routine preventative servicing in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
